RelativityOne Workspace Templates

RelativityOne workspace templates put an entire workflow on rails using a prescriptive approach to tab setup, searches, and more.

The following workspace templates are available for all RelativityOne customers. To receive the latest copy of any of these workspace templates, contact Support.

• RelativityOne Blank Template – Start your work with as few applications installed as possible and no additional views, layouts, fields, tabs, or choices.
• RelativityOne ECA Template – Run an early case assessment workflow to quickly understand case facts and cull down document set to a subset for review.
• RelativityOne Hold and Collect Template – Run all legal holds and collection jobs from a single workspace to unify custodian reporting.
• RelativityOne Investigations Template – Run an investigation workflow to search records by key terms, dates, communicators, or concepts while recording your findings.
• RelativityOne Review Template – Run a document review to search for responsive material, image/redact, produce/OCR, and export.
• RelativityOne PI Detect and Data Breach Response Template - Run a PI Detect or Data Breach Response matter to identify personal information using AI, redact sensitive information using PI Detect, and produce an entity notification list using Data Breach Response.

Note: Your RelativityOne instance may contain workspaces that are labeled "[DO NOT ACCESS]." You are not billed for these workspaces; however, do not access or delete them. In addition, we recommend updating any Views to exclude them.
