Management Console

Management Console offers a variety of reports to provide general oversight and statistics across the instance, particularly focusing on cost and usage. The reports available include:

  • Cost Explorer: A user-friendly dashboard that provides key data related to the instance's cost, broken down by client, matter, and workspace levels. It also displays important cost information on Staging consumption and users.
  • Staging Reports: A report that can be generated across the instance’s Staging areas to aid in end-client billing, reporting, and data validation, while also offering general oversight of Staging usage, such as volume of data and file and folder counts.
  • Usage Reports: A customizable report builder that delivers key metrics from across your instance, offering insights into platform usage. These reports can be used for end-client billing metrics or tracking product usage.

To access reports within Management Console, hover over the More button, then hover over Mgmt. Console to view the list of reports. Click the desired report name.

The easiest way to access any of the reports is to use the Quick nav Search bar by entering all or part of the report name in the text box, and then click the correct search result displayed.
