Permissions

aiR Review permissions are set at the instance level and workspace level. The per group user roles available at the workspace-level include: Administrators, Power Users, Basic Users, and Reviewers.

Instance-level permissions

You can only grant or revoke access to aiR Review by enabling or disabling the aiR Review feature permission directly. The aiR Review Jobs tab at the instance level displays all jobs across all workspaces, with additional columns for workspace, matter, and client per job. Workspace-level permissions

This feature supports feature permission actions. Each action grants access to a specific task within the feature. You can grant groups access to individual actions, allowing them to perform only the tasks they need. To grant access to the entire feature, select all of its actions. Manage feature actions on the Features tab in a group's workspace permissions. For instructions, see Setting workspace permissions. Permissions for aiR Review include:

  • View aiR Review Analysis Results in Document Viewer—select to allow group members to view aiR analysis results highlighted in the Document Viewer. They cannot access the aiR Review Projects or Jobs tabs, and cannot run analysis jobs.
  • Manage aiR Review Analysis Results in Document Viewer—select to allow group members to view aiR analysis results highlighted in the Document Viewer, and edit document metadata. They can clear or restore aiR analysis results using the aiR Review Jobs tab. They cannot access the aiR Review Projects tabs, and cannot run analysis jobs.
  • View aiR Review Projects & Prompt Criteria—select to allow group members to view existing aiR Review projects and prompt criteria. They can access to the aiR Review, Projects, and Jobs tabs. They cannot create, edit, or delete projects or prompt criteria.
  • Manage aiR Review Projects & Prompt Criteria—select to allow group members to create, edit, and delete aiR Review projects and prompt criteria. They can access to the aiR Review, Projects, and Jobs tabs.
  • Run aiR Review Analysis Jobs—select to allow group members to run aiR Review analysis jobs against existing projects and prompt criteria. They can access to the aiR Review, Projects, and Jobs tabs.

Granular permissions settings are provided below, as needed.

The recommended method of assigning permissions is to use the Features tab.

To view the aiR Review Jobs tab at the workspace-level, you need the following permissions. Assign these permissions under the Workspace Details tab within the chosen workspace.

You can also use item-level permissions to restrict access to a specific job's aiR Review prompt criteria. For more information, see Levels of Security in Relativity.

To view the aiR Review dashboard, you need the following permissions. You can view results only for the analysis types you have permission to view.

To create an aiR Review project and run the analysis, you need the following permissions.

 
  • To prevent users from running jobs, withhold the Run aiR Review Job permission under Other Settings.
  • You can run the job without permissions for the analysis types, but you will not be able to see the results.

To see aiR Review results highlighted in the Viewer, you need the following permissions. You will see highlighting only for the analysis types you have permission to view. If you are not granted any of these permissions, you will not see the aiR Review Analysis icon in the Viewer.
