Key definitions for standard workspaces with aiR

  • aiR Unit—a single data element within a Relativity standard workspace (for example, in some aiR products this could be the extracted text for a single document record on the document object table). aiR Units have limits defined by each aiR product.
  • aiR Unit Analysis—one processing of an aiR Unit by aiR functionality (such as, running aiR for Review Relevance Analysis and receiving results on an aiR Unit).

For more details, see aiR Units, Thresholds, and Included Products on the Community. You must have valid Relativity Community credentials to access that content.

Available aiR products included and the associated aiR Unit usage details

Refer to the table below for currently available aiR products included and associated aiR Unit usage details.

If an analysis is queued or canceled before results are produced for a unit, that unit does not count toward the threshold.
aiR Product Analysis Type What is eligible as an aiR Unit in this product? What constitutes an aiR Unit Analysis?
aiR for Review Relevance The extracted text of a single document record from the document object table within the limits described further in the aiR for Review documentation. An aiR Unit Analysis will be counted each time a result (which typically include an aiR Score, aiR Prediction, aiR Rationale, and aiR Consideration) is returned for each aiR Unit submitted by a user for analysis within the product. Analysis results that contain an error or an analysis that fails to return a result will not be counted as an aiR Unit Analysis. For clarity, an aiR Unit can be analyzed more than once, resulting in multiple aiR Unit Analyses.
aiR for Review Relevance & Key The extracted text of a single document record from the document object table within the limits described further in the aiR for Review documentation. For clarity, an aiR Unit can be analyzed more than once, resulting in multiple aiR Unit Analyses.
aiR for Review Issues The extracted text of a single document record from the document object table within the limits described further in the aiR for Review documentation. For clarity, an aiR Unit can be analyzed more than once, resulting in multiple aiR Unit Analyses.
aiR for Privilege Privilege (including Organization & People identification, Privilege identification, and automated privilege logs) The extracted text of a single document record from the document object table within the limits described further in the aiR for Privilege documentation. An aiR Unit Analysis will be counted for each aiR Unit included in the aiR for Privilege Project when a user selects to Run the Prepare Project first Privilege Pipeline step. Analysis results that contain errors or that fail to return a result will not be counted as an aiR Unit Analysis. For clarity, an aiR Unit can be analyzed more than once, resulting in multiple aiR Unit Analyses.
