Total Automated Workflows in Instance

This script reports on the number of workflows in your instance as well as displaying the current status of workflows too. Additionally, you can see the starting and ending date for the most recent run of each workflow in the script results.

Inputs

The Total Automated Workflows in Instance script is installed automatically when you install the Automated Workflows application. To learn more about this application, visit Automated Workflows.

You do not need to create any fields prior to running this script.

Results

Once you run this script, the Total Automated Workflows in Instance report displays with the following columns:

Column	Definition
WorkspaceName	Displays the name of the workspace where each automated workflow is located.
AutomatedWorkflowsName	Displays the name of each automated workflow in your instance.
WorkflowStatus	Displays whether each automated workflow is active or disabled.
LastRunStartTime	Displays the date when the automated workflow was most recently run.
LastRunEndTime	Displays the date when the automated workflow was most recently completed.
WorkflowRunStatus	Displays the result of the most recent completion of the workflow. If the workflow has not been run previously, Pending will display.
