Project Dashboard

The Project Dashboard populates once PI Detection begins during Data Analysis and provides immediate access to key information. You can use Project Dashboard to derive insights across your aiR for Data Breach Response project. The Project Dashboard is only available to project leads.

Project Dashboard is available to project leads and provides a centralized view of project status, key metrics, and overall progress in the breach response workflow. You can use Project Dashboard to derive insights across your aiR for Data Breach Response project.

Job Progress

The leaderboard displays the following information:

  • Total Docs - number of all documents in Data Breach Response
    • Documents with PI - number of documents containing PI
    • Documents without PI - number of documents containing no identified PI
  • Total Entities - number of identified entities
    • Entity Records - number of identified entity records
  • Document Flags - number of documents that encountered an issue during Data Analysis or require additional review
    You can review details of all flagged documents in the Document panel on the bottom of the dashboard. See Document Flags for descriptions of each flag and suggested next steps.

PI Types

The PI Types chart shows the total identified PI across the document set categorized by PI type. You can use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out of the view. You can also click and drag with your mouse to change the focus area. Hovering over bars presents more information for the total of a PI type. Click the minus - button to reset the view.

Click on the chart to filter the Document list by PII data.

Document Types

The Document Types chart presents file types and their share among all files in aiR for Data Breach Response.

Click on the chart to filter the Document list.

Document List

The Document List allows you to access all documents included in the project and view details about each document. There are many metrics you can view using the Document List, and you can customize it to display what you want to see.

Some of these metrics include:

  • Document Type
  • Document Flags
  • Review Status
  • Data Analysis status
  • PI Count
  • Entity Count
  • PI Types

You can customize details displayed in the Document List by clicking the Column visibility icon to sort, filter, and rearrange the columns you want to include.

 

You can use the Mass Operation toolbar to manage annotations for documents. You can choose to:

  • Lock Annotations
  • Unlock Annotations
  • Remove Annotations
  • Save as List

Save as List

Select documents from the document list and choose the Save as List mass action to generate a list of only the selected documents.

Download

Select the Export to File button to save an .xslx or .csv file to your downloads folder. Any filtering applied to the report in the UI will be maintained in the downloaded file.
