Imaging history
The History tab displays audit records for imaging set, Mass Image, and Image on the fly jobs. To view imaging history, open the History tab and filter the Name column for Imaging.
If the Data Grid for Audit application is installed, the History tab is not visible. In that environment, imaging history is not available through this method.
The History tab displays different information depending on the job type:
- Imaging Set Jobs — The Name column displays the imaging set name, and the Object Type column displays ImagingSet. For each document imaged, the Name column displays the document name and the Object Type column displays Document.
- Image on the Fly or Mass Image Jobs — The Name column displays the imaging profile name, and the Object Type column displays ImagingProfile. For each document imaged, the Name column displays the document name and the Object Type column displays Document.
For either job type, click Details to view the imaging profile name and formatting options used to create the image.
The formatting options shown in the Details pop-up reflect the settings used when the imaging job ran. They do not reflect any subsequent changes to the imaging profile.
