Entity centric report

The Entity Centric Report is found within the Report Generation page and provides Project Leads with a breakdown of each Entity found within the data set.

Table contents

The following columns are standard in the Entity Centric Report as it appears within Data Breach Response:

Column name Description
Full Name The full name of the individual
First Name The first name of the individual
Middle Name The middle name of the individual, if any
Last Name The last name of the individual
PI Count The count of personal information associated with the individual
Documents Count The number of documents the individual is found on
Unreviewed Docs Count The number of documents not marked complete that the individual is found on
Reviewed Docs Count The number of documents marked complete that the individual is found on
Cluster ID The ID of the conflict cluster that the Entity appears in.
PI Type

The Entity Centric Report will report as a column each type of Personal Information that is linked to the individual.

If the Show PI toggle is off, these columns will be populated with the count of that PI type associated with the individual. If the Show PI toggle is on, the PI values will appear in the report.

Note: For documents with a large amount of personal information the column will populate with Document has too many PI items to display (count of PI) if the Show PI toggle is turned on.

PI Type Normalized This column will display the normalized version of its equivalent PI type.
Documents The documents column contains an icon that allows the user to view documents that the individual appears on.

 

The following columns are available to view in the downloaded Entity Centric Report:

TIQ_Person ID The full name of the individual
TIQ_Full name The full name of the individual
TIQ_First name The first name of the individual
TIQ_Middle name The middle name of the individual, if any
TIQ_Last name The last name of the individual
TIQ_Title The title of the individual, if any
TIQ_Total PII The count of personal information associated with the individual
TIQ_Total document count The number of documents the individual is found on
TIQ_Total reviewed document count The number of documents marked complete that the individual is found on
TIQ_Total unreviewed document count The number of documents not marked complete that the individual is found on

TIQ_Cluster ID The ID of the conflict cluster that the Entity appears in
Primary Address Line 1 Line 1 of the primary address associated with the individual
Primary Address Line 2 Line 2 of the primary address associated with the individual

Primary Address Line 4 Line 4 of the primary address associated with the individual
Primary Address ZIP The ZIP code of the primary address associated with the individual
Primary Address Country The Country of the primary address associated with the individual
