Trials

Occasionally Relativity conducts pilots on emerging technology, or provides beta or trial software, advanced access or free access to a potential product (collectively, "Trials") for purposes of testing and to obtain feedback from our customers and their authorized users. When Trials are offered, customers and users will be made aware that the offering is a Trial, with as much information as can reasonably be made available as to any specific or particular risks or open questions for the Trial. Trials are subject to the license terms in the customer’s license agreement, but may not be subject to the availability, support and other commitments made by Relativity with respect to the operation of RelativityOne. Trials are provided “AS IS, WHERE IS” for customer’s internal review and experimental use only (including review by customer’s authorized users), and are not provided with any representations or warranties whatsoever. For clarity, Relativity does not warrant that the Trials, any data or information or processing provided by third parties, or the results of the Trials will be accurate or complete or a reasonable representation of how a product, service or software would operate. Trials are otherwise subject to the disclaimer on warranties set forth in the customer’s license agreement. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any issues arising out of the Trials is to terminate its participation in the Trial.
