Relativity Server 2025 supports Windows Server 2025 (x64). For older Relativity Server versions, see their respective compatibility matrices. Please confirm OS hardening and TLS configuration, per your organization’s policies.

  • You can use RabbitMQ version 4.14.x, 3.12.x, or 3.13.x and a compatible version of Erlang.
    • RabbitMQ 4.14.x is compatible with Erlang 26.2 – 27.x.
    • Erlang 28 is not compatible with RabbitMQ 4.14.x.
    • There are compatibility issues between RabbitMQ 3.12.x and Erlang 26.0 and 26.1.
    • There are no issues with Erlang 26.2 and above and RabbitMQ 3.12.x.
    • RabbitMQ 3.13.x is certified compatible with Server 2024 when TLS 1.3 is enabled. Relativity only supports TLS 1.2 and 1.3. If you have prior versions of TLS, we recommend manually disabling them. To learn more, see Disabling previous versions of TLS in Windows.
    • Ensure that you're using the 64-bit version of Erlang, or else the system will be constrained to 2GB of memory. For details on RabbitMQ's version policies, see RabbitMQ versions. Review the RabbitMQ upgrade overview beforehand to avoid issues during the upgrade process.
    • For compatibility details, see Erlang Version Requirements. To download the latest version of Erlang, see Download Erlang.
