Customer Support and Troubleshooting

Our customer support and troubleshooting services are only available for supported versions of our software. If an issue is identified in an unsupported version, we will be unable to diagnose errors, provide technical assistance, or offer corrections. To ensure uninterrupted support and access to the latest enhancements, security updates, and bug fixes, we strongly recommend that all customers upgrade to a supported version of the software. Maintaining an up-to-date version ensures compatibility with our latest features and allows us to provide the highest level of service.

In addition to our policy on unsupported software versions, we do not provide support for certain requests and services, regardless of the software version in use. These include administrator or end-user training, client-requested enhancements or features, third-party software installation, onsite support, environment configuration, and language translations. Additionally, we do not support database or case migrations, troubleshooting of non-Relativity environment issues or third-party software, or issues related to improperly formatted data. For assistance with these matters, we recommend consulting internal resources or third-party service providers specializing in these areas.

If you need technical assistance, contact our Support team through our Support page.

Version Support Policy

Support end dates for major releases of Relativity Server are listed below. A major release is defined as a new release that is incremented by running a full Relativity installation package and officially branded as a “Server YYYY” release. Relativity provides hot fixes and patches to address quality issues and vulnerabilities for major releases. More information on hot fixes and patches can be found here.

Relativity will generally announce the support end date for new major versions in conjunction with the initial release date. After 2024, major releases will include maintenance and security updates and will be supported for 12 months after the next major release (e.g. if Server 2026 is released on November 1 2026, support for Server 2025 would continue until November 1 2027).

Documentation for unsupported versions of Relativity will not be updated, verified, or searchable.
