

Note: You must have valid Relativity Community credentials in order to download any Community file linked to the documentation site. You'll need to enter those credentials on the Community login screen if you're not already logged in. If you're already logged in to the Community at the time you click a link, the file is automatically downloaded in the bottom left corner of your screen. If you get an error message stating "URL No Longer Exists" after clicking a Community link, it may be due to a single sign-on error related to the SAML Assertion Validator, and you should contact your IT department.
The Disable Inactive Users solution generates a report listing report of inactive users. It can also disable inactive users based on selected criteria.

The Disable Inactive Users solution disables users considered inactive. You can run the solution in safe mode to view users who would be disabled without actually disabling them. To view these user, select Yes in the Run in Safe Mode field.

Note: The Disable Inactive Users solution won't disable system accounts so that at least one user can always log in to Relativity.

This solution consists of a Relativity script that works at the environment level.

To deploy the solution, you first add it to the Application Library as a Relativity application. You can then install it from the Application Library to one or more workspaces.
Note: This script runs from the Admin level, you must install this application into a workspace for it to appear in the Script Library (at the instance level).

This solution runs at the environment level. It reports data for all the users and workspaces in a Relativity instance. Consequently, you don't need to complete special requirements or steps to prepare workspaces to use the solution.
You configure and run the Disable Inactive Users script from Home mode for the Relativity instance.

After running the Disable Inactive Users script, the results appear as a report on the script page. When you execute the script in Safe mode, the report includes all users who meet the selected criteria. When you execute the script outside Safe mode, the report includes all users who were disabled by the script.
The following table describes the columns in the report:

Action | Displayed only in Safe Mode. Indicates the results of running this script on a specific user. |
