Relativity aiR Workspace Templates

Relativity aiR templates are preconfigured workspaces that bundle applications, fields, views, and searches. The advantage of using templates is having consistent workspaces without having to manually build them. Templates are available on the Community site. After logging in, navigate to the Files folder, then select Templates.

Templates include (but are not limited to):

• Relativity aiR Blank Template—a template with as few applications installed as possible and no additional views, layouts, fields, tabs, or choices.
• Relativity FOIA—applies Relativity aiRs e-discovery features, with light customizations, to track FOIA requests and the work done to fulfill them. It covers the steps between intake and delivery to the requester.
• Relativity aiR Review Template—run a document review to search for responsive material, image/redact, produce/OCR, and export.
• Relativity aiR ECA Template—run an early case assessment workflow to quickly understand case facts and cull down document set to a subset for review.
• Relativity aiR Investigations Template—run an investigation workflow to search records by key terms, dates, communicators, or concepts while recording your findings.
• Relativity aiR Hold and Collect Template—run all legal holds and collection jobs from a single workspace to unify custodian reporting.

Your Relativity aiR instance may contain workspaces labeled "[DO NOT ACCESS]." You are not billed for these workspaces. However, do not access or delete them. In addition, we recommend updating any views to exclude them.
