The FOIA Success Program (“FSP”) is a strategic offering designed to support the customer’s use of Relativity FOIA. The FSP includes access to and engagement with designated Relativity resources with FOIA domain experience, along with enablement and support resources. (For clarity, the FSP is not a Professional Services program.)

The FOIA Success Program is delivered through a coordinated model that may leverage multiple Relativity teams and resources, as determined by Relativity, based on customer needs and operational considerations.

What the FOIA Success Program Includes

The FOIA Success Program will include access to the following components:

Access to FOIA-experienced Relativity resources

Tailored and dedicated engagement with designated Relativity personnel with domain familiarity in FOIA workflows and the FOIA solution.

Onboarding and enablement support

Guidance intended to support initial setup, adoption, and early use of the FOIA solution, including orientation to core workflows and features.

FOIA-related support resources

Access to enablement materials, knowledge resources, and support channels relevant to the FOIA solution.

Advisory guidance

High-level guidance related to FOIA use cases and workflows, informed by Relativity’s experience supporting FOIA programs.

Relationship with Other Services

The FOIA Success Program is separate from data migration services. FOIA data migration, where offered, is scoped, contracted, and delivered independently and may require a separate statement of work.

Customers that do not purchase the FOIA Success Program will continue to receive access to Relativity’s standard support model applicable to their subscription.

Availability and Changes

The FOIA Success Program is available only for customers licensed for Relativity FOIA. Relativity may update, modify , or discontinue elements of the offering over time to reflect product maturity, customer needs, or operational considerations.
